ترتيب أولويات القضايا الاجتماعية في الصحافة السعودية اليومية:

تؤدي الصحافة دورا وظيفيا مهما في المجتمعات من خلال ما تقدمه من أخبار وأحداث ومعلومات في کثير من القضايا المجتمعية، والصحافة السعودية منذ بداياتها وهي تعمل وفق السياسة الإعلامية التي وضعتها الدولة في محاول لضبط الممارسات الإعلامية وسعيا إلى قيام الصحافة بوظائفها المجتمعية، وتعد نظرية ترتيب الأولويات من النظريات العلمية المهمة في الدراسات الإعلامية التي تؤکد على العلاقة بين القضايا التي تنشرها الصحافة وبين زيادة اهتمام الجمهور بتلک القضايا، وقد رأى الباحث دراسة القضايا الاجتماعية في الصحافة السعودية ودور الصحافة السعودية اليومية في ترتيب تلک القضايا، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى البحوث الوصفية التحليلية، حيث استخدم الباحث استمارة تحليل المضمون،
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المادة الخبرية في صحيفتي الرياض وعکاظ جاءت في المرتبة الأولى من حيث الأشکال التحريرية، وکشفت  الدراسة عن أن المشاکل الأسرية احتلت المرتبة الأولى من بين القضايا الاجتماعية في الصحيفتين بما نسبته 15,6%، بينما جاء غلاء المعيشة وقضايا المرأة في المرتبة الثانية والثالثة على التوالي، کما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن القيم الاجتماعية التي تضمنتها المادة الصحفية في صحيفتي الرياض وعکاظ جاءت نسبها متقاربة إلى حد ما، حيث احتلت الدعوة إلى توفير وظائف المرتبة الأولى بنسبة 16.2%، وجاءت قيم محاربة غلاء المعيشة في المرتبة الثانية بنسبة 16.1%، وهي نسبة قريبة جدا من نسبة توفير الوظائف وکلاهما يرتبطان بهدف رفع مستوى المعيشة لدى المجتمع، وحاز التکافل الاجتماعي المرکز الثالث بنسبة 13.75، بينما جاءت التبرعات في المرتبة الرابعة بنسبة 12.8%، وحازت مکافحة الفقر نسبة 5.7% في المرتبة الأخيرة من القيم الاجتماعية، کما کشفت نتائج الدراسة أن اتجاه المادة الصحفية کان إيجابيا في کلتا الصحيفتين وبنسبة عالية.

Summary:
Journalism is doing important job in the communities through their news, events, information about the issues in the communities, etc. The Saudi journalism work under the media policy that follow the government’s rules, in term to control the media practices as much as the government can so the Saudi peers can do its job for communities. The theory off prioritization is one of the most important scientific theories in media studies that assures the relationship between the issues published by the press and the increased public interest in these issues. The researcher considered the study of social issues in the Saudi press and the role of the daily Saudi press in arranging these issues. This study belongs to the analytical descriptive research, where the researcher used a content analysis form.  The study has reached that the news material in the Riyadh and Okaz newspapers came first in terms of editorial forms. The study reached that family problems ranked first among the social issues in the two newspapers by 15.6%. The high cost of living and women's issues are in the second and third ranks in a row, and the study also found that the social values included in the journalistic material in the Riyadh and Okaz newspapers were relatively close to their proportions, as the call to provide jobs ranked first by 16.2% and the values of fighting the high cost of living came in the second place with 16.1%, which is very close to the percentage of providing jobs, both are related to the goal of raising the standard of living in society. Social solidarity ranked third with 13.75, while donations came in fourth with 12.8%, and fighting poverty gained 5.7% in the last rank of social values. The results of the study revealed that the direction of the press material was positive in both newspapers and at a high rate.
