فاعلية "صحافة المواطن" الإلکترونية في تکوين الخطاب الإعلامي بمصر صحيفة اليوم السابع نموذجا

الملخص
         تناقش الدراسة الحالية مدى فاعلية "صحافة المواطن" المنشورة بصحيفة اليوم السابع الإلکترونية في تکوين الخطاب الإعلامي بمصر من خلال رصد وتحليل المواد المنشورة في ذلک الباب طوال شهر يناير 2018. وعرضت الدراسة تساؤلاتها المحققة لهدفها وصاغت فروضها في ضوء الدراسات السابقة.
 وقدمت الدراسة تمهيداً نظرياً تضمن أهمية الدراسة وأهدافها، ومنهجها وأدواتها وعينة الدراسة.
وناقشت الدراسة مفاهيم "صحافة المواطن"، ونظرية إعلام المواطن، وتطرقت لمفهوم الخطاب الإعلامي وخصائصه، ثم عرضت مکونات بروتوکول النشر المعتمد من مؤسسة اليوم السابع الصحفية. 
وبعد عرض الدراسات السابقة انتقلت الدراسة لمناقشة تساؤلاتها ومدي صدق الفروض المطروحة لتلک التساؤلات.
استنتجت الدراسة أن الجوانب الإيجابية الدالة على زيادة فاعلية "صحافة المواطن" بصحيفة اليوم السابع الإلکترونية في تکوين الخطاب الإعلامي  بمصر في  إجابات أربعة من أصل تسعة من تساولات وفروض الدراسة، مقابل خمس إجابات لتساؤلات وفروض دلت على قصور فاعلية "صحافة المواطن" بصحيفة اليوم السابع الإلکترونية في تکوين الخطاب الإعلامي  بمصر.
  أثبتت الدراسة سلامة توجهات صحيفة اليوم السابع الإلکترونية نحو تکوين الخطاب الديمقراطي من خلال "صحافة المواطن" وفق ما جاء في بروتوکولات النشر بالصحيفة، وتأکد ذلک تطبيقياً بدلالة ارتفاع معدلات مواکبة وتفاعل المادة المؤلفة والمحررة من المواطنين عن المشکلات الحياتية التي يعانون منها.

Abstract
    The present study discusses the effectiveness of Citizen Journalism published in the Seventh Day newspaper in forming the media discourse in Egypt by monitoring and analyzing the materials published in that site throughout January 2018. The study presented its inquiries according to its objective, and formulated its hypotheses in the light of previous studies. The study presented a theoretical prelude about its importance, objectives, methodology, tools, and of the study sample.
    The study discussed the concepts of "citizen journalism", the theory of citizen media, and touched on the concept of media discourse and its characteristics, and then presented the components of the publication protocol adopted by the Seventh Day Journalism Foundation. After the previous studies display, it was moved to discuss the study questions and the validity of its hypotheses.
  The study concluded that the positive aspects of the effectiveness of "citizen journalism" in the 7th Day Newspaper in forming the media discourse in Egypt were resembled in four answers of the study nine questions and hypotheses, compared to five answers indicated the inefficiency of the "citizen journalism" in forming media discourse in Egypt. The study confirmed the validity of the 7th Day Newspaper trends towards the formation of a democratic discourse through the "citizen journalism" according to the newspaper protocol for publishing, and this was confirmed practically in terms of high rates of keeping pace and interaction of the citizens authorized and edited articles about the problems of life that they suffer from.
