دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تنمية الوعي القانوني للجمهور بالتطبيق على قانون التصالح في مخالفات بناء العقارات:

 
استهدفت الدراسة بشکل أساسي التعرف على دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تنمية الوعي القانوني للجمهور، خاصة فيما يتعلق بقانون التصالح على مخالفات البناء العقارية، وذلک بالتطبيق على الصفحة الرسمية لرئاسة الوزراء وصحيفة الأهرام المصرية على الفيس بوک، وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية والتي اعتمدت على منهج المسح بشقيه الميداني والتحليلي، وقد طبقت الدراسة التحليلية على عينة من منشورات الصفحة الرسمية لرئاسة الوزراء على الفيس بوک والصفحة الرسمية لصحيفة الأهرام خلال الفترة من 1/8/2020 إلى 31/10/2020 باستخدام التحليل الکيفي، بينما طبقت الدراسة الميدانية على عينة من الجمهور العام في محافظتي القاهرة والقليوبية قوامها 300 مفردة، وقد جاءت نتائج الدراسة کما يلي:
- جاءت اتجاهات العينة نحو قانون التصالح في مخالفات البناء لسنة 2020 متنوعة حيث جاء في مقدمتها عبارة "الدولة تسعى إلى القضاء على العشوائيات" في بداية اتجاهات الجمهور بمتوسط حسابي 2.8467 وبنسبة موافقة بلغت 87.7%، يليها عبارة " قانون التصالح على مخالفات البناء أفاد الدولة بشکل کبير في تقنين عمليات البناء على أراضي الدولة للقضاء على جشع بعض رجال الأعمال" بمتوسط حسابي 2.8433، ثم " البناء على الأراضي الزراعية يضر بالمصلحة العامة للدولة ولابد أن يتم تقنين ذلک للحفاظ على الرقعة الزراعية" .
- جاءت عبارة "حتى لا أتعرض لغرامة مالية أو قرارات إزالة من الدولة" في مقدمة تلک الأسباب التي شجعت المواطنين للتقديم على طلبات التصالح بنسب 64% من العينة الذين تقدموا بطلبات التصالح، وفي الترتيب الثاني جاء "بسبب التسهيلات التي قامت بها الحکومة في الفترة الأخيرة لتقديم الطلبات".

The role of social media in developing legal awareness of the public by applying the reconciliation law in real estate construction violations
An applied study on the official page of the Prime Minister and Al-Ahram newspaper on Facebook
Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the role of social media sites in developing the legal awareness of the public, especially with regard to the law of reconciliation on real estate construction violations, by applying it to the official page of the Prime Minister and the Egyptian newspaper Al-Ahram on Facebook, this study is one of the descriptive studies that relied on the survey method in both field and analytical parts The analytical study was applied to a sample of the publications of the official page of the Prime Minister on Facebook and the official page of Al-Ahram newspaper during the period from 1/8/2020 to 31/10/2020 using qualitative analysis, while the field study was applied to a sample of the general public in the two governorates of Cairo and Qalubiyya consists of 300 singles, and the results of the study came as follows:
- The sample’s trends towards the Reconciliation Law in Building Violations for the year 2020 were varied, as the phrase “the state seeks to eliminate slums” came at the beginning of the public’s trends with an average of 2.8467 and an approval rating of 87.7%, followed by the phrase “The Law on Reconciliation on Building Violations, which informed the state in a way Great in legalizing construction operations on state land to eliminate the greed of some businessmen, "with an average of 2.8433, then" building on agricultural lands harms the public interest of the state, and this must be done to preserve the agricultural area. "
- The phrase "so that I will not be subjected to a fine or removal decisions from the state." At the forefront of those reasons that encouraged citizens to apply for reconciliation requests were 64% of the sample of those who applied for reconciliation, and in the second order came "because of the facilities made by the government in the recent period to submit requests."
