الإحتياجات المعرفية والتدريبية لطلاب الإعلام التربوى لتکنولوجيا الإعلام والتعليم الجديدة فى ضوء التطورات التکنولوجية من وجهة نظرهم

هدفت الدراسة إلى : تحديد الإحتياجات المعرفية والتدريبية لطلاب الإعلام التربوى لتکنولوجيا الإعلام والتعليم الجديدة من وجهة نظرهم ، ووضع تصور مقترح لبرنامج تدريبى على هذه التکنولوجيا الجديدة .
عينة الدراسة : تمثلت فى:"طلاب قسم الإعلام التربوى بکلية التربية النوعية جامعة طنطا – وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بذات القسم – وأخصائى الإعلام التربوى بمحافظة الغربية العاملين بالمدارس الحکومية ) .
أدوات ومناهج الدراسة : إستخدمت الدراسة إستمارة الإستبيان کأداه لجمع البيانات ، کما تم تصميم عدة مقاييس لقياس متغيرات الدراسة ، کما إعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج "الوصفى" بشقية الکمى والکيفى، وأسلوب " المقارنة المنهجية " .
نتائج الدراسة : توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج ، أهمها ما يلى :
عدم رضا الطلاب عن المقررات الدراسية الخاصة بتکنولوجيا الإعلام والتعليم والتدريب العملى لها بالقسم، وحاجتهم المعرفية والتدريبية لدراسة تکنولوجيا الإعلام والتعليم الجديدة فى ظل التطورات التکنولوجية وإحتياجات سوق العمل، کما جاء رأى کل من أعضاء هيئة التدريس وأخصائى الإعلام التربوى سلبيا تجاه مواد تکنولوجيا الإعلام والتعليم بالقسم ، وأکدوا على إحتياج الطلاب للتدريب على التکنولوجيا الجديدة فى الإعلام والتعليم ، تم تقديم مقترحات لتطوير وتحسين المناهج الدراسية بالقسم فى ضوء هذه التکنولوجيا، ووضع برنامج تدريبى مقترح يلبى إحتياجات الطلاب للتدريب على هذه التکنولوجيا الجديدة .
the knowledge and training needs of students of educational media for new media and education technology in light of technological developments from their point of view

Abstract
Aim of the work:  this study aimed at determination of student’s educational and training needs for the new educational and media technology, from their point of view, and conceptualization of a training program to satisfy these needs.
Sample of the study: this study included 72 male and female students from the department of educational media, Faculty of specific education Tanta University, 12 staff faculty of the same department, 16 educational media specialists from governmental schools Gharbiya Governorate, Egypt.
Tools and methods: a questionnaire form was used to collect data, with specific design of a survey form for each category of the samples included I this study.
The study used the descriptive survey (quantitative and qualitative) forms and methodological comparative approaches.
Results: this study results were as follow:
Unsatisfaction of the students with the educational and media technology study courses in the lights of technological developments and needs of labor market.
The faculty members and the educational media specialists included in the study showed negative attitude to the study courses especially educational and media technology. They emphasized on necessity of department of educational media students needs to be trained for new educational and media technology.
 The study introduced a number of proposals to improve the skill and knowledge performance of the students about the new educational and media technology and set up a training program for them in the light of their needs.
