أطر المعالجة الصحفية للعمليات العسکرية للقوات المسلحة المصرية ضد التنظيمات الإرهابية في سيناء "العملية الشاملة 2018م نموذجا ً"

استهدفت الدراسةالتعرف على نتائج العمليات العسکرية التي تقوم بها القوات المسلحة المصرية ضد التنظيمات الارهابية في سيناء منذ  2018م وحتى 2020م والتي حظيت باهتمام وسائل الاعلام والمواقع الالکترونية المصرية ، کما استهدفت الکشف عن نوع الخطاب الإعلامي وتوجهاته، ومسارات البرهنة، والقوى الفاعلة، والأطر المرجعية التي اعتمدت عليها ، وأطر الأسباب والنتائج والحلول المستخدمة في المعالجة ، واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح وأداة تحليل المضمون وأدوات الخطاب الصحفي المنشور على العملية الشاملة بموقعي صحف الدراسة ( الأهرام ، المصري اليوم ) وفق أسلوب الحصر الشامل ، وقد بلغت نحو (292) موضوعاً خلال الفترة من 9 فبراير 2018- 31 ديسمبر 2020م .
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها:تعدد قضايا الإرهاب التي صاحبت العملية العسکرية  في سيناء، والتي تمثلت فى استهداف المنشآت الحکومية والاعتداء على کمائن الجيش والشرطة ، يليها العمليات الانتحارية ، ومحاولات اغتيال رموز الفکر والسياسة والدين، وعمليات الخطف واحتجاز الرهائن، وقرصنة المواقع الالکترونية ، واستخدام العبوات الناسفة والسيارات المفخخة، والسطو على ممتلکات الأقباط فى سيناء، وهو ما يشير إلى تنوع استراتيجيات التنظيمات الإرهابية في سيناء بين استخدام العبوات الناسفة عام 2015، واستراتيجية القنص عن بُعد عام 2016، والعمليات الانتحارية عام 2017 ، ثم عودة إلى العبوات الناسفة عامي 2019- 2020م
کما أظهرت الدراسة أيضاً تصدر أطر نجاح العملية العسکرية في سيناء قائمة أطر نتائج العملية الشاملة ، يليها أطر التأکيد على مکانة الجيش المصري وکفاءته القتالية في العمليات العسکرية ، وتفعيل قانون الإرهاب والمحاکمات العاجلة، ووقف عمليات التنظيمات الارهابية في سيناء وخارجها، ودعم تنمية سيناء ومشروعات القناة، ورفض انتقادات المنظمات والصحف الدولية إزاء العمليات في سيناء، يقابله دعم القوى السياسية والتأييد الشعبي لقرار الرئيس وتفويضه لمحاربة الارهاب باستخدام مفهوم القوة الغاشمة، والقضاء على قيادات التنظيمات الارهابية والفکر والمتطرف في سيناء ، ومن ثم فقد تصدر الرئيس السيسي قائمة الشخصيات المحورية الواردة في العمليات العسکرية في سيناء ، باعتباره القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة ، وصاحب قرار العملية الشاملة للقضاء على الإرهاب والتنظيمات الإرهابية في سيناء .

Summary English:
The study aimed to identify the results of the military operations carried out by the Egyptian armed forces against terrorist organizations in Sinai from 2018 AD to 2020 AD, which received the attention of the Egyptian media and websites, as well as to reveal the type of media discourse and its directions, the paths of proof, the active forces, and the reference frameworks that were adopted The study relied on the survey method, the content analysis tool, and the press discourse published on the study newspapers website, and the total of what was analyzed on my site (Al-Ahram, Al-Masry Al-Youm) according to the comprehensive inventory method amounted to about (292) subjects.
The study found a number of results, including: The multiplicity of terrorism cases that accompanied the military operation in Sinai, which represented the targeting of government installations and attacks on army and police ambushes, followed by suicide operations, and attempts to assassinate symbols of thought, politics and religion, kidnappings and hostage-taking, and hacking of websites, And the use of improvised explosive devices and car bombs, and the robbery of Coptic property in Sinai, which indicates the diversity of terrorist organizations' strategies in Sinai between the use of IEDs in 2015, the strategy of remote sniping in 2016, suicide operations in 2017, and then a return to IEDs in 2019- 2020
The study also showed that frameworks for the success of the military operation in Sinai top the list of frameworks for the results of the comprehensive operation, followed by frameworks for affirming the status of the Egyptian army and its combat competence in military operations, activating the terrorism law and urgent trials, stopping the operations of terrorist organizations in Sinai and abroad, and supporting the development of Sinai and the canal projects. He rejected the criticism of international organizations and newspapers about the operations in Sinai, matched by the support of political forces and popular support for the president's decision and his authorization to fight terrorism using the concept of brute force, and to eliminate the leaders of terrorist organizations, ideology and extremism in the Sinai.
