استخدام الشباب الجامعي لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي فى التزود بالمعلومات وقت الأزمات:

تهدف الدراسة إلى کيفية تزود  الشباب المصري (طلاب قسم الاعلام) بالمعلومات وقت الأزمات من خلال مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وأسبابها وأهدافها، ولعل ظاهرة إقبال الشباب على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للتزود بالمعلومات في أوقات الأزمات المختلفة التي يشهدها المجتمع المصري ،والتي تعد مصدراً هاماً في الحصول عليها باختلاف المواقع المستخدمة لهؤلاء الشباب فتحتاج إلى التعمق بشکل أکبر في طبيعة هذه المعلومات.
واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاعلامى بالعينة وعينة عشوائية من طلاب قسم الاعلام کلية الآداب جامعة دمياط وکانت 301 من الذکور والاناث  85 طالبا ، 216طالبة ومن السنوات الدراسية الأربعة حسب السنة في الفصل الثاني من العام الدراسي 2017/2018م.
وتوصلت الى عدد من النتائج من أهمها :
1-    إن من أهم أسباب استخدام الشباب المصري لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي التميز في سرعة نقل الأخبار والتي تعد  بذلک اداة هامة في نقل خصائص وسمات تکنولوجيا الاتصال في الفورية والانية
2-    وتعد تحديد المواقف تجاه الأزمات لشغل وقت فراغهم  من أهم أهداف استخدام الشباب المصري لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي کمصدر للحصول على المعلومات ،والتي بلغت نسبتها 49% بالنسبة لإجمالي الأهداف الأخرى التي تناولتها الدراسة .
وتعد فترة حدوث الأزمات ومتابعتها للشباب على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، والتي بلغت نسبتها (44.8%) من إجمالي الاستجابات لعينة الشباب المصري محل الدراسة من أهم الاوقات التي ينشغل فيها الشباب بمتابعة تلک الأزمات.
Use of university youth for social networking sites in the supply of information to the time of crisis (a field study on a sample of students from the Department of Media)
The study aims at how to provide young Egyptian students (Department of Media) information crisis time through social networking sites, their causes and objectives, and perhaps motivated young phenomenon on social media to provide information in times of various crises taking place in the Egyptian society, which is an important source of access by different The sites used for these youths, so you need to delve more deeply into the nature of this information.
The study was based on survey methodology Media random sample of students from the Department of Information and sample Faculty of Arts, University of Damietta and were 301 male and female students 85 216 students and four school years by year in the second quarter of 2017/2018 m school year.
And it reached a number of results including:
 1- One of the most important reasons for Egyptian youth using social networking sites is the excellence in the speed of transmitting news, which is thus an important tool in transmitting the characteristics and features of communication technology in the immediate and immediate manner. 2- Determining attitudes towards crises to occupy their spare time is one of the most important goals of Egyptian youth using social media as a source for obtaining information, which amounted to 49% of the total other goals covered by the study. The period of crises occurring and its follow-up to youth on social media, which amounted to (44.8%) of the total responses of the sample of Egyptian youth under study, is one of the most important times when young people are busy following up on these crises.
